How to track my order?

Please allow up to 3 days for your physical order to be prepared and shipped (digital orders are fulfilled and delivered immediately). Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email with your shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our digital products are available internationally to most locations, as are physical products! The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

Why is International shipping cost so high?

We are a US based company with all books hand-signed by Leia Stone. International shipping costs shown at Checkout are automatically and directly calculated and pulled from UPS or USPS with no profit added on.

I never got my order, what to do?

If you have placed a Digital order (ebook, audiobook) please confirm you received an Order Confirmation email from us. You will receive your downloadable content to the same email address. Please check your spam folder as well. You can also visit my.bookfunnel.com and log in with your email address and access the material directly. It's possible you entered an incorrect email address during checkout. If you received no emails about your order, contact us and let us know the correct email address and we can get things corrected so you can access your order!

How do I read my Ebooks on my Kindle?

You can send any of the books you purchase on our website to your Kindle library using Amazon Send to Kindle! Simply follow the steps in the link below.https://bookfunnel.com/send-to-kindle/

Why is a product not listed?

It's possible that we are currently not shipping to your local region. In this case, a product will not show up in the listings. We continue to expand into additional regions around the world once we've tackled shipping and customs logistics.

Where can I get a print copy of your digital books?

We sell only special editions of our books on our website at the moment. If you're looking for standard print copies, head on over to Amazon where they are all available!

What discounts are available?

Since we are selling direct, our list prices are already discounted! You can save even more by bundling ebooks and audiobooks, by bundling multiple series, or by select combination of products. You'll see offers on product pages or pop-up windows.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on digital or physical products purchased on our website. For specific concerns, please contact business@leiastone.com.
